Advertiser Terms & Conditions

The EasySearchAll.com website ('EasySearchAll') is a wholely owned subsidiary of Easy Search All, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, Both are referred to collectively as "EasySearchAll". By using the EasySearchAll website, you agree to all of the rules stated in the terms and conditions.

EasySearchAll provides the user with a web directory as well as other services ("Services") which may or may not be hosted on the EasySearchAll.com website.

Advertiser Order will be processed after EasySearchAll receives payment. Advertiser agrees to pay EasySearchAll all applicable charges to your account in United States dollars, in accordance with the terms of the program and/or payment plan you selected. You understand and agree that, you will be charged for all clicks on your search listings, (no matter whether a click occurred on the EasySearchAll Web site or partner websites "Affiliates") and that such charges will be based on the number of clicks on all your search listings, multiplied by the cost of each of your search listings.

EasySearchAll will charge only for unique visitor sent to the advertiser's website. A unique visitor is defined as a visitor who, a determined using EasySearchAll's reasonable estimates, has not visited the advertisers website within a specific time period using the same advertising keyword link. EasySearchAll will put forth commercially reasonable technical efforts to make sure that traffic delivered to an advertisers website is unique.

Advertiser represent and warrant that none of the content You provide for advertising infringes upon any third party's rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights) or is defamatory, libelous, unlawful or otherwise objectionable.

You represent and warrant that you have sufficient authority to enter into this Agreement.

EasySearchAll reserves the right to remove any advertiser or website link at any time and for any reason. In the event that EasySearchAll removes an advertiser, all unspent funds will be returned to the advertiser. Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to, sites promoting illegal materials, potentially infringing materials including trademark or copyright infringements, or racial or hate motivated sites.

EasySearchAll will make reasonable commercial efforts to keep its Web site operational during normal business hours. However, certain technical difficulties may, from time to time, result in temporary service interruptions. Advertiser agree and acknowledge that it is normal to have a certain amount of system downtime and agree not to hold EasySearchAll liable for any of the consequences of such interruptions.

Advertiser hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasySearchAll, its information providers, licensors, licensees, consultants, contractors, agents, attorneys and employees from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, that may arise from your use of the EasySearchAll Marketplace or other EasySearchAll Web sites and/or your Web site and/or your breach of the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the breach of any representation or warranty.

EasySearchAll reserves the right to modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service.
